Job Description
An employer in the Lexington, MA area is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a government customer in developing acquisition strategies and systems engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Review program portfolios to evaluate plans, improve processes, and ensure system/subsystem performance meets specifications
Conduct program/design reviews and analyze test results for performance and compliance
Develop technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support planning and decision-making
Perform system validation, define criteria/procedures, and evaluate engineering results
Provide engineering support across acquisition, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment efforts.
Pay range $45-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years’ experience with Windows Active directory, Windows Domain Controllers, Group policies, FSMO.
-Manage incoming tickets via a ticketing system (log, track, prioritize, and resolve)
-Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user access management (AD/Azure)
-Deliver Level 1/2 troubleshooting for system access, applications, and hardware issues
-Support Microsoft 365, VPN, and user environment issues
-Bachelors degree related field
-Secret clearance
-5 days onsite Hanscom AFB
