As the Supervisor of Parcel, Picking, Packing & Shipping, you will oversee daily outbound and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and efficient execution across all parcel focused workflows.... This includes managing picking, scanning, packing, and shipping activities while maintaining execution standards in a fast paced environment undergoing continuous improvement.You will identify operational gaps, investigate throughput or accuracy issues, and drive corrective actions to improve performance. This role requires close partnership with Warehouse Leadership and the Continuous Improvement team to implement enhancements and process changes.You will report directly to the Director of Warehouse and lead a team consisting of 3 leads and approximately 30 direct reports, including a mix of full time and contractor associates.This role demands a hands on leadership approach?diving into the operation, coaching in real time, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to future automation efforts.
