This role will sit above the Deloitte Oracle Project Manager, acting as Eaton?s senior delivery leader responsible for overall program direction, risk management, and alignment across multiple financial workstreams.This individual will own the end-to-end coordination of 5+ finance projects, ensuring successful cloning, migration, and separation of financial data while stabilizing consolidated finance environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the overall Program Lead for Programme ATLAS finance initiatives, providing governance and strategic oversight across all finance workstreams.Lead and align all Financial Project Managers across multiple initiatives, including:Concur (Time \u0026 Expense)Accounts Payable (AP) workflowSAP integrationsOracle integrations and data governancePartner closely with the Deloitte PM (Oracle) while serving as the senior Eaton-side authority, steering priorities, resolving dependencies, and managing escalations.Drive execution of financial data cloning and migration, supporting carve-out activities and ensuring accurate separation of consolidated financial environments.Own program-level risk management, proactively identifying issues, highlighting risks early, and ensuring mitigation plans are executed across all projects.Work directly with Finance Boundary Support teams to ensure business continuity, data integrity, and operational readiness throughout the transition.Ensure strong collaboration between finance, technical teams, Oracle DG, and delivery partners.Establish and maintain program governance, including executive reporting, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-project alignment.Guide and coach individual project managers to maintain consistency, delivery discipline, and alignment with overall ATLAS objectives.Required Experience \u0026 Qualifications15+ years of experience in Project / Program Management with deep exposure to finance-led enterprise transformations or carve-outs.Strong industry background in Finance, with hands-on leadership experience across:Time \u0026 Expense (Concur)Accounts Payable (AP)General Ledger (GL) interfacesEnterprise finance integrationsProven ability to lead multiple PMs and steer 5+ concurrent finance projects under a single program structure.Demonstrated experience with Oracle financial ecosystems, including integrations and data governance (Oracle DG).Experience working alongside Big 4 consulting partners (Deloitte), with the ability to confidently operate above vendor PM leadership.Strong understanding of consolidated finance environments, data separation, and system carve-outs.Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and risk leadership skills.Why This Role Is CriticalProgramme ATLAS is a time-sensitive, high-visibility initiative critical to Eaton?s finance separation strategy.This role provides Eaton with senior control and accountability across all finance workstreams, ensuring delivery cohesion and minimizing carve-out risk.The Senior Program Manager ensures alignment, transparency, and stability across complex financial integrations and migrations.
