The Director of Delivery is responsible for owning the successful execution of client and internal delivery commitments across the organization. This role serves as the single point of accountability... for delivery outcomes, including scope validation, delivery planning, resourcing alignment, financial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction across all delivery engagements.The Director of Delivery is accountable for ensuring delivery commitments are realistic, well-governed, and achievable.
