Calibrate and validate TCAD models using silicon data from wafer-level test vehicles and process monitors; drivemodel-to-hardware correlation across corners and stress conditions.? Define simulation methodologies and best practices for 3D device and interface modeling (e.g., contactresistance, current crowding, electromigration, thermo-mechanical stress).? Engage with foundry, EDA, and materials partners to influence next-generation TCAD tool features and processdesign enablement for 3D-stacked systems.? An employer is seeking multiple Chief Project Engineers for a long-term opportunity in the Plano, TX area. The Chief Project Engineers will operate as a hands-on technical and program lead, owning... Additionally, the engineer will lead ongoing risk management activities, conducting regular risk assessments across cost, schedule, and technical execution and driving mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of the program. From a technical standpoint, they will lead integration and test planning efforts, guide high-level validation activities, and ensure readiness for customer demonstrations. Candidates will regularly interface with internal stakeholders and external customers, contribute to cost generation and technical write-ups, and continuously adapt program plans based on evolving priorities. This role will start fully onsite in Plano, TX to support ramp-up and collaboration, with flexibility to transition to a hybrid schedule over time, operating on a 9/80 work schedule.
