You will review and process warranty claims across multiple systems, determine appropriate next steps (replacement, repair, return, or escalation), and identify recurring product or process issues. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams, and is expected to proactively raise trends, risks, and improvement opportunities when patterns emerge for their products.
