This person will Perform MIB translations: convert OID/MIB-based alert messages into recognizable, actionable language, and supporting monitoring tied to SNMP/MIB polling and help determine which items warrant escalation. They will conduct ?alert matching? to ensure alerts visible in existing monitoring tools (ex: OpenText Network Node Manager) are also accurately visible and aligned in LogicMonitor.
