The client is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator / Director of Operations to partner closely with physicians and leadership to drive operational excellence, scale growth, and enhance the overall patient experience. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday in West Hollywood! Key Responsibilities include: Operational Leadership? Oversee and manage daily operations of the urology practice to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care? Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards? Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, patient throughput, and provider productivity? Track and analyze KPIs including patient volume, staffing ratios, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency? Ensure seamless coordination across clinical, administrative, billing, and ancillary teamsFinancial Oversight? Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth and scaling initiatives? Analyze financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and revenue cycle metrics? Drive profitability and EBITDA improvements through data-driven decision-making?
