Collaborate with the Director of Operations to provide People and Culture guidance to the hourly staff, including interpreting company policies, provincial, and national legislation, and People & Culture initiatives? Develop and deliver corporate training programs and conduct orientations to prepare employees for assignments? Address employee questions or concerns and provide functional expertise and People & Culture leadership? Administer performance evaluations, management, and issue resolutions? Liaise with appropriate managers for employee departure information, conduct exit interviews, and analyze results? Assist with Company events, holiday lunches, and social activities? Assist payroll complete payroll and related duties where needed? Serve as a member of the Plant Leadership team with responsibility for developing a team culture that promotes high performance, teamwork, and accountability?
