We strongly emphasize collaborative working within the team. Logistics is a complicated business, so acquiring knowledge of the domain is essential. Our technical stack is mostly C#/.Net, hosted on Azure Cloud and DevOps. We also use Blazor and Javascript for our web application, and Xamarin (moving to Maui) for phone applications. We have a distributed system running over an event bus and a relational database. Maestro is an established codebase that must be kept reliable. We're aware of its strengths and weaknesses and are committed to a program of iterative improvement to make it easier to work with and more robust.
