Day to day, this person will act as the functional point of contact between IT and the business, working closely with application, validation, and integration teams while partnering with a broad group of end users. Responsibilities include coordinating integration requirements, helping break down work for technical teams, managing change across slower-moving stakeholders, and supporting end users through communication, process alignment, and issue resolution.
