These tickets will include a large variety of things, including Active Directory support and password resets, network connectivity issues, smartboard support, hardware troubleshooting, imaging labs, deploying Chromebooks, completing migrations, projector & printer break fixes, email support, etc. This individual needs to have strong customer service skills and fundamental network experience in order to communicate issues and solutions with the staff they are supporting. They will work directly with high level engineers to grow their skills and assist with Level 2 and Level 3 technology support when able.
