They will be responsible for documenting and filing all training conducted on employees. They will create training plans in their LMS system, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One-Point Lessons (OPLs), delivering training to over 400 employees. The Training Lead will work closely with the maintenance and operations staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure comprehensive training coverage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $24-$30/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
