Directly manage a team of four to five engineers, including 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development conversations.? Partner with the Sr. Engineering Manager on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.? Identify, develop, and mentor technical talent within the team.? Foster a collaborative, accountable culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.Client Engagement and Requirements? Interface with client stakeholders during requirements clarification, design reviews, demos, and issue resolution.? Analyze underlying business problems and advocate for scalable platform solutions rather than client-specific customizations.? Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to ensure work is clearly defined, scoped, and sequenced.Cross-Functional Collaboration? Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure appropriate test coverage, quality gates, and release readiness.?
