A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote EST Creative Operations Producer. This person will connect the creative and marketing teams directly to the new localization LLM ?... eliminating manual handoffs by owning the end-to-end loc pipeline: automated Jira ticketing, Smartling TMS management, and ensuring translated content flows into the tools teams actually use. You'll restore and scale existing loc automation workflows so creative and marketing teams can access localized content without submitting a ticket. The remaining portion supports the Creative Ops Lead on engineering producers and broader Creative Ops initiatives. Looking for someone systems-minded, production-savvy, and detail-oriented ? someone who gets excited about building pipelines that scale. Role Responsibilities ? Lead Creative Operations projects with a localization focus ? including Smarting integrations, automated Jira workflows, LLM translation pipeline buildout, and miscellaneous tool connector implementation and maintenance. ? Own project timelines for loc pipeline work, coordinating dependencies across Localization,Engineering, Creative Ops, and Marketing teams. ? Manage scope and prioritization for loc automation projects; anticipate risks such as APIchanges, content volume spikes, or LQA bottlenecks; and drive escalation when needed. ?
