As part of the Civil CAD/BIM team, you will work on projects related to municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, including but not limited to major treatment plant expansions, regional water quality studies, and critical water reuse projects that will create sustainable and resilient water supplies for the world. This person will be responsible for drafting and design using Civil 3D for different elements of these projects. The Civil discipline specifically is in charge of design for all piping and industrial items outside of the water/wastewater facility, with the majority of that being related to underground piping and infrastructure. Knowledge of grading, pump stations, pressure networks, gravity networks, force mains, etc. is strongly preferred. The majority of this person\u0027s time will be spent designing, and coordinating with project leads and engineers. Lastly, this person will need a strong understanding of BIM as it relates to civil design. This role will be a 6-month contract-to-hire model, with the primary goal being a permanent conversion. This role can pay anywhere between $35-$53/hr, with permanent conversion salary coming in at or above that rate.
