They will review each claim to determine its root cause,... identifying whether the issue stems from manufacturing defects, workmanship problems, normal wear and tear, or known recurring concerns. The role involves close coordination with the repair team to decide whether the item should be repaired in-house or escalated to a vendor for resolution. Throughout the process, the candidate will meticulously track claims and outcomes in Excel, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all data is transformed into digestible, actionable insights for presentation to senior leadership.
