These engineers will join a team that support storm outage operations for a major utility customer. This team?s responsible for reducing noise, delay, and manual effort during storms. Examples of this work include auto-filtering advanced meter infrastructure (AMI) events before they hit Outage Management System (OMS), detecting Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) / OMS degradation early, auto-generating leadership updates when systems fail and building logic around 95% restoration pivots. The team is looking at hiring AI Engineers to advise their group where they can incorporate agents in their ecosystem to help prioritization, pattern detection, recommendations and summarizations of work.
