Manage and oversee capital improvement programs, including transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects? Coordinate multiple projects across various phases, from planning and design through construction and closeout? Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans? Provide technical support for Community Development redevelopment plan and Parks Department projects? Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction? Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies? Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success? Review engineering plans, reports, and deliverables for quality and compliance? Support business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and client meetings?
