The ideal candidate will be... responsible for leading the development, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet the organization's requirements. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC applications.Day to Day: *Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow GRC modules to address business requirements effectively. *Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand GRC processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions. *Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance visibility into risk and compliance activities. *Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. *Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems and tools to facilitate data exchange and automate processes. *Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support staff in ServiceNow GRC development and administration. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and audit, to ensure alignment of GRC initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. *Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow GRC configurations and implementations to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements. *Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow GRC features, updates, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and enhancements. *Participate in the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow GRC applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
