A leading custom metal fabrication company is looking for an Estimator/Engineering Manager to come join their team as the company looks to grow their shop floor team. They specialize in providing... high-quality CNC machining, laser cutting, and metal forming for various industries (aerospace, audio, automotive, defense, etc.) and operate in a job shop environment. You will be responsible for overseeing a growing team of Estimators and Engineers. This role is more office centric than shop floor and will be heavily focused on the estimation for the business. We are looking for someone who wants to grow within the organization and be there long term. This role is 100% onsite in Riverside, California and shift hours will be anywhere between 8-10 days, Monday through Friday with flexibility between 7 AM- 5 PM.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
