We are seeking a SharePoint Analyst to support the migration of SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online ahead of Microsoft?s end of support in June/July 2026. This resource will be responsible for... helping assess, coordinate, and execute the migration of a large SharePoint environment while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.The environment includes approximately 300 SharePoint sites, with an estimated 50% expected to be migrated. The role is less about deep development and more focused on analysis, coordination, communication, and site modernization.Day to Day Responsibilities:? Support and execute the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online? Review and assess existing SharePoint sites to determine: ? Whether sites are still active? Whether sites should be migrated, archived, or decommissioned? Use ShareGate to assist with migrations and track progress (number of sites migrated vs remaining)? Communicate directly with branch managers and business users to confirm site ownership, usage, and migration decisions?
