Communications Management ?Develop and deliver a clear internal communications strategy to build awareness, transparency, and excitement around the ERP transformation. ?Write and manage key communications such as project updates, newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, leadership talking points, and change stories. ?Design and facilitate town halls, roadshows, and workshops to communicate project milestones and success stories. ?Collaborate with HR, IT, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader organizational initiatives.?Serve as the voice of the change, translating complex project details into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences.
