One of our large retail clients is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join their team. The Change Management Consultant will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives... on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role is primarily focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM), with an emphasis on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, and job roles.
