Participates in the computerized maintenance management system for work and equipment documentation.Monitors and manages building climate using the energy management computer system.Clean and unclog drains and toilets, repair water faucets, flushometers, perform the installation of plumbing fixture and piping, perform repairs in steam, oxygen, vacuum and other medical gases. Request assistance from plumbers, painters, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and plant operators when necessary.
