We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician to support healthcare clients across Florida located in Fort Lauderdale or Tampa/Orlanda areas. This unique role is based in... Florida and involves servicing infant security systems and related low-voltage technologies in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The technician will be part of a collaborative team of 15 field service professionals covering the eastern region. Key Responsibilities?Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems (12?24V AC/DC), including RFID and access control technologies.?Service healthcare facilities including hospitals and nursing homes (approx. 50/50 split).?Travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius; occasional flights for extended support.?Manage service calls, courtesy visits, inspections, and remote support as needed.?Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.?Work independently with flexible hours (average 6-hour days, some up to 12 hours).?Guarantee of 40 hours/week with a minimum of 10% annual overtime.?Expense hotel stays and mileage when applicable; company card provided.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
