An insurance client of Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to coordinate with their cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework as the Agile... Transformation takes place across the organization in release trains across the different lines of business; first supporting teams within Annuity, Life, and the Digital Experience groups. Assuming a servant leadership role, the Scrum Master will support the execution of Scrum projects by identifying and removing impediments to project success. This person should be highly independent and able to effectively lead the requisite Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, of simple to highly complex projects with minimal supervision.
