The existing custom application has a robust architecture in Teradata/SQL Server/Java/Javascript. The team will add new capabilities as the business needs change. The successful candidate will have excellent data tracing and troubleshooting skills, good SQL skills, and work well with a dynamic team.Job Description:We are seeking a candidate that has previous experience working for AT\u0026T that has supported, utilized or has hands on experience with the myCOACH application for an internal Quality Assurance role. In this position, you will work very closely with the developers to identify, test and assign new defects within the internal facing application. You will identify these defects by meeting with the support team, triage some of the complex support issues, helping determine the first line of technical support before assigning to a developer. You will write create, write and execute manual QA tests, record results, write and execute SQL queries, perform defect tracking, enhancements and work very closely with the development team to resolve issues.
