Insight Global is seeking a nearshore Scrum Master to join our team. As a Mid-Level Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring... the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. You will be asked to coordinate the support, testing, and deployment aspects of the team and ensure each is given the proper attention/priority. You will be responsible for removing impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, fostering a collaborative and productive environment within the team. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, working closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
