They will drive platform engineering initiatives, including building and scaling internal developer platforms that reduce friction and enable self-service infrastructure provisioning. The role will oversee CI/CD pipelines, GitHub-centric workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization strategies across AWS environments. They will also be responsible for embedding shift-left security, SRE practices, observability, and governance into the delivery lifecycle while ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and regulatory standards. Additionally, this person will manage cloud cost optimization efforts and track key DevOps metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate. The role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape long-term DevOps and platform strategy.Compensation for this role is 165-185k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
