This individual will be responsible for designing, developing,... and supporting conversational AI and cloud-based contact center solutions using Google Dialogflow and Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI). The ideal candidate will play a key role in building virtual agents, IVR workflows, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions, while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the contact center environment. This will be a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity that is fully remote, supporting Eastern Time work hours.
