We are seeking a high-impact Functional Lead with strong technical knowledge to drive the end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting capability for Workforce Management. This role will lead business... discovery, process and solution design, and delivery execution (configuration/build/integration/testing) across scheduling, forecasting, staffing plans, and related analytics. The ideal candidate blends deep functional expertise in WFM (forecasting demand, staffing, schedule generation, rules/compliance), strong hands on experience customizing and configuring WFM applications like Infor, UKG, Legion etc, with technical understanding (data flows, integrations/APIs, reporting/analytics), enabling them to identify the right solution, translate business needs into scalable designs, and partner effectively with engineering/architecture to deliver.
