We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the a large project by assisting with the remediation and post-go-live support of legacy and student-facing portal applications that must... function with the new ERP system. This role is support-focused and will help take some of the support off of the developers. ? Support remediation and stabilization of legacy and student portal applications that had to be upgraded to work with their new student ERP system? Serve as a primary support contact for the business to address issues and new use cases? Help take over business-facing support so development teams can return to development work? Assist with requirements gathering and refinement when new use cases arise? Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and documentation for repeatable support processes?
