An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (Dev-Leaning) to join the fully remote team. This person will be responsible for owning advanced Salesforce... administration and automation while partnering closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. On a daily basis, this administrator will design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, ensuring automation sequences are efficient, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices. They will review and interpret Apex code written by developers to understand logic, troubleshoot issues, and support governance decisions, without being responsible for heavy custom development themselves. This role will serve as a technical bridge between traditional administrators and developers, thinking like a developer while executing as an admin.
