Day to day, this individual will develop, maintain, and govern salary bands and ranges, student and wage rate structures, geographic differentials, and pay scale systems. Additionally you will partner with HRIS on geographic zoning and location alignment and support the Compensation Advisors and Total Rewards team by translating market data into clear guidelines, insights, and recommendations.
