Must be organized and detail oriented with a genuine commitment to exceed customer expectations.?Identifying and resolving technical issues with new and/or existing equipment or systems. ?Performing routine maintenance and repairs on installed equipment. ?Communicating with customers, explaining installation procedures, and addressing their questions or concerns by building rapport with clients. ?Traveling to and from different job sites, requiring a valid driver's license.?Maintaining records of installations, maintenance, and repairs and entering it into Tech Logic?s internal tracking system. ?Following safety protocols and procedures to protect oneself and others. ?Managing and maintaining tools, equipment, and materials. ? Contribute to project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.?
