Insight Global is looking to hire a Workplace Coordinator to sit onsite with a client of ours in Brea, California. This candidate will be supporting day-to-day workplace operations while serving as... the face of the of this office location. Work will include supporting visitors, coordinating vendors, while handling light administrative work and basic workplace setup tasks.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a workplace environment and is comfortable balancing front-desk responsibilities with operational support.Reception & Front-of-House (30?40%)-Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming guests, clients, and vendors-Greet and welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-desk presence-Manage incoming messages and direct vendors appropriately-Act as the ?face? of the company at the Braya locationWorkplace & Facilities Support (60%)-Coordinate with onsite and external vendors; walk the space with vendors as needed-Create and track work orders (training available)-Assist with purchase order (PO) creation and vendor coordination-Relay facility-related updates and messages to internal stakeholders-Support basic workplace setup activities (e.g., arranging tables, light space setup)-Perform general administrative tasks supporting daily operationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
