They will be recommending modules to implement based on business stakeholders needs.Key Responsibilities? Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.? Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation.? Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and process documentation.? Support configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain.? Lead data mapping and support data migration activities from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.? Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping using Oracle Fusion best practices.? Facilitate workshops to design optimized workflows and drive process improvements.? Support reporting and analytics using Oracle Fusion tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.? Develop and execute test plans, including system and user acceptance testing (UAT).? Create user documentation, deliver training, and support change management efforts.? Partner with project leadership to track progress, provide status updates, and escalate risks.?
