This role will support our digital product teams in leveraging enterprise IT infrastructure and platforms. The role will work with engineering and marketing teams to collect requirements and provide guidance on how software teams can leverage enterprise infrastructure. The systems analyst will evaluate current state system architecture and data flow and work with enterprise IT and Marketing to capture current state process, and will propose enhancements to those systems and integrations to support business requirements and enterprise standards. The systems analyst will facilitate systems monitoring and PowerBI reporting.Responsibilities: *Develop knowledge of the technology platforms and infrastructure services provided by the Brightlayer Commercial Platform (BCP) *Work with global Eaton product teams to identify, prioritize, document, and manage their requirements of the BCP *Lead Success Teams, composed of a SRE Consultant, platform subject matter experts, and the product engineering teams. *Be the primary point of contact for product teams adopting the BCP platforms, ensuring timeliness of deliverables from the platform teams to the product teams, ensuring that the product teams have what they need from the platform teams. *Communicate the platform feature status to product teams, acting as the primary intermediary between the product team and the platform teams throughout the project life cycle. *Play a key role in understanding and communicating the technical and financial benefits of utilizing the BCP platforms and services to Eaton product teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
