Review and control project expenditures.3. Review and approve facility expense expenditures.4. Direct engineering effort for on and offsite decommissioning, process production endeavors, facility improvements/repairs, and New Business Programs. This includes planning, cost estimates, schedules, designs, installation and start-up operation support.5. Direct engineering support to New Business Group for proposals, quotations, and awarded contracts.6. Direct and guide engineering sections and CAD group to maintain effective utilization of personnel and equipment.7. Direct the services on contracted architects, engineers, and construction firms.8.
