This person will engage periodically with multiple scrum teams to ensure architectural alignment while remaining focused on strategic and platform-level concerns. Mentoring engineers and architects will be a core part of the day, helping teams apply best practices in data modeling, cloud-native design, and scalable analytics. He/she will also contribute to longer-term platform strategy, evaluating emerging technologies and shaping the future direction of the data architecture. The work is highly architecture-focused, balancing hands-on design with strategic leadership across a complex, enterprise environment.Compensation for this role is 165-175k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
