Specific Responsibilities: Develop and automate ETL/ELT pipelines for marketing analytics. Prepare and clean data for modeling, ensuring availability for ML workflows. Implement ML engineering solutions for model deployment and monitoring. Optimize data storage, retrieval, and transformation processes. Leverage AWS services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker) for data and ML workflows. Build and maintain Power BI Data Flows for seamless data integration. Design automated testing frameworks for data validation and transformation logic Optimize data processes and for efficiency and scalability through intelligent automation Create automated monitoring and alerting systems for data quality and pipeline performance Collaborates effectively across organizational boundaries with a solutions-oriented attitude Exhibits strong social awareness to navigate complex organizational dynamics when implementing cross-functional data systems Design and implement process automation solutions to improve end-to-end operational efficiency and scalabilityActively seek out innovation and optimization use cases and experiments that will result in organizational transformation and sales and profit improvements.Compensation: $147k-221k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
