We are seeking a Lead Engineer (DevOps‑focused) to serve as a hands‑on technical leader responsible for both software development and DevOps transformation across a complex enterprise environment. This individual will play a critical role in stabilizing existing platforms, re‑architecting DevOps infrastructure, and guiding the organization toward a more modern, scalable, and automated delivery model. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who views DevOps as an engineered system, can write production‑quality code, design and implement cloud infrastructure, and lead from the front—mentoring teams, setting technical direction, and making pragmatic decisions to modernize legacy systems while ensuring continuity of service.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of professional hands‑on engineering experience across software development and DevOps
• Prior experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role (formal or informal)
• Strong development background in C#/.NET(preferred) and/or Java (Java 8+, Spring Boot, enterprise frameworks)
• Heavy experience within Azure, including: Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Redis Cache for Azure
• Deep experience with Terraform
• Strong CI/CD expertise using Azure DevOps OR GitHub including: Git-based workflows and YAML pipeline configuration
• Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Bash
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, release management, and deployment automation
• Self‑starting, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Front‑end experience with Angular, TypeScript, or React
• Experience working with legacy application modernization
• Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
• Experience with TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) or centralized source control environments
Exposure to large, enterprise‑scale platforms and performance tuning
