Insight Global is searching for a CNC Machine Mechanic B for a global industrial manufacturing client. This Mechanic will support preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine... tools, automated assembly equipment, and other manufacturing assets. This role is part of a planned backfill for upcoming retirements and will support both current production needs and long-term equipment reliability. This position is a hands-on, equipment-focused role supporting the maintenance and reliability of CNC machine tools, automated assembly equipment, and other production assets, with direct CNC programming handled by machinists on the team. Day to day, the mechanic will diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs, and make mechanical and electrical adjustments to keep machines running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, supporting equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers, and providing basic troubleshooting for robotic load and unload systems.
