The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions, with a strong focus on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases that leverage enterprise data at scale. This role involves building and integrating data pipelines that ingest, ground, and store structured and unstructured data within databases, enabling large language models to effectively complement and reason over that data. The engineer will work across integration, data engineering, and AI development to ensure seamless data flow, high-quality grounding, and scalable, production-ready AI solutions that support business-critical pharmacy operations.Compensation:$40-55/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
