Job Description
Insight Global is supporting a large healthcare client in identifying Senior UiPath RPA Developers to assist with a finance automation initiative focused on cash posting automation. This work involves building UiPath automations that leverage UiPath Document Understanding to extract and process data from semi‑structured PDF documents.
The automation is being delivered in phases, with an initial phase scheduled to go live in the coming weeks. These resources will be involved across the full automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support, working closely with onshore and offshore team members.
Pay ranges from $20-27 USD/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
-7–9 years of overall experience with senior‑level RPA and automation development
-Strong hands‑on experience developing UiPath automations in enterprise environments
-Proven experience using UiPath Document Understanding (Model and Classic) to extract data from semi‑structured PDF documents
-Experience contributing to solution architecture discussions and translating requirements into user stories and technical designs
-Hands‑on experience supporting the full automation lifecycle including development, QA/testing, deployment, and production support post go‑live
-Experience leading or owning complex UiPath automations delivered across multiple phases
-Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, including resolving production issues in live automation environments
-Demonstrated expertise implementing logging, monitoring, and error handling using UiPath Orchestrator
-Experience building automations using enterprise standards such as REFramework
-Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore development teams and work within distributed delivery models
-Comfort participating in peer programming sessions and conducting code reviews with other RPA developers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with SQL databases and/or Snowflake
-Prior experience supporting finance or cash posting automations
-Healthcare industry experience
-Experience supporting automations delivered in multiple phases
-Exposure to building or contributing to an enterprise RPA reporting framework
-Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed, global teams
