The Incentive Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the clients Sales Operations team by managing and optimizing sales incentive programs. This position is responsible for... administering commission systems, ensuring accurate and timely compensation payouts. The analyst will work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Accounting, Finance and Sales to maintain data integrity and streamline compensation processes. A strong understanding of SPM tools (such as Xactly Incent, Spiff, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), and Excel is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The sales representatives they are supporting come from two business units- Neuromodulation & cardio pulmonary. Majority of this role will be working more on backend administrative work, but will occasionally deal directly with sales reps if they have questions about goals & metrics, what incentive compensation looks like, running reports on different trends in the market, competitive analysis and tracking performance. The team they will be joining is five people total, and they support the hundreds of sales reps spread out across the country, however they are the only individual in this specific role.. This role sits in the Sales Operations organization. Report into the manager of Sales Compensation.Key Responsibilities ? Other duties may be assigned?Serve as a Sales Performance Management (SPM) system administrator.
