A global financial firm is hiring a Director supporting Syndicated Loans in Houston, TX, area. The candidate will be responsible for end to end processes for syndicated loans. They must have... experience with LoansIQ or ClearPar and managing highly complex deal structures. Key Responsibilities?Manage the full lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral loans, including loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, and portfolio management within LoanIQ.?Serve as the operational lead for agency functions?coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.?Resolve complex loan issues and client inquiries using expert knowledge of syndicated loan structures and system workflows.?Interpret and apply complex credit agreements and legal documentation to operational processes.?Oversee and enhance loan operations processes, including trade processing and coordination with platforms such as ClearPar.?Collaborate across internal groups and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
