Adobe Target digital experiences?from gathering initial requirements and managing Jira tickets to performing manual QA and coordinating launches with Legal, Analytics, and Accessibility teams.Daily FunctionsExperience and Personalization Management: Ideate on potential business impacting tests and coordinate with cross-functional business owners to field test concepts, identifying risks and dependencies, while maintaining the Jira Board with clear tickets and defined acceptance criteria to ensure traceability. Build & Execute: Configure tests in Adobe Target user interface and coordinate with dedicated UI developer when technical implementation support (javascript) support is needed. Launch Coordination & Validation: Coordinate the release process with technical and operational teams, conducting post-launch validations to ensure stability and functionality in the production environment. Cross-Functional Liaison (Legal & Data Analytics): Manage the flow of information to Legal and Reporting teams by sending formal launch notifications and supplying technical details (GTM + Tealium tags, Activity IDs, tracking parameters) for performance measurement. Reporting & Scaling: Leverage data performance readouts on testing results to make actionable decisions on next steps on test winners and losers.
