More field deployment across both lab and operational environments. This candidate is responsible for performing advanced RF testing and validation at the component, subsystem, and full system level. The ideal candidate has deep experience with RF test methodologies, signal analysis, and complex troubleshooting, and can independently support deployment activities, including CONUS/OCONUS and shipboard environments.?Perform advanced RF component and system-level testing to ensure hardware meets manufacturer and mission requirements ?Set up and operate RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power meters) ?Execute and analyze S-parameter and RF performance testing (S11/S21, insertion loss, frequency response, signal integrity) ?Lead system integration, validation, and UAT across lab and field environments ?Troubleshoot complex RF systems and perform root cause analysis at component and system levels ?Support CONUS/OCONUS deployment, installation, and field testing, including maritime platforms ?Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures, reports, and training materialsCompensation: $100k - $125k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
